Nidhi Kamath
CEO and FounderNidhi Kamath is a non-fiction filmmaker, who hails from Baroda, Gujarat. She has been making various short films about themes like crafts of India and artisans since 2013.She sees filmmaking as a super power to create a difference in the world and is mindful about the topics she chooses to make films on. She is the founder of Indigo Reels and previously had also co-founded Storyloom Films, the production company behind the National Award winning documentary “Weaves of Maheshwar” which talked about the craft revival of Maheshwari sarees.
An alumna of the Indian Institute of Crafts and Design, she has been a Tata Travel grant recipient, People’s Archive of Rural India fellow, and British Council’s Crafting Futures India fellow. Outside work, she likes to play with her street dogs and guinea pigs. She also loves reading non-fiction books.. She enjoys watching shows on Apple TV + and is really inspired by documentaries which feature Sir David Attenborough. Her ultimate goal is to make films which have a tangible impact on society and the environment at large.

Pranshu Shah
Associate FilmmakerPranshu Shah is an award-winning filmmaker from Vadodara, Gujarat. His debut short film, "Uphaar (A Gift)," was showcased at various film festivals across India and was also selected for the Lift-Off Filmmaker Sessions in London. His documentary, "Taal Aur Tarang," explores the lives of three instrument-making families in Vadodara, each with generations of craftsmanship behind them. Currently, as an Associate Filmmaker at Indigo Reels, delving deeper into the world of non-fiction filmmaking.
Harsh Anjaria
Junior AssociateHarsh Anjaria is a filmmaker who hails from Vadodara, Gujarat. His debut documentary, “Ollie!” was showcased in the prestigious Space Studio at Vadodara and the University of Leh, Ladakh. The film was the recipient of the Luis Bunuel Memorial Award for Best Documentary. At Indigo Reels, Harsh handles social media management and client outreach. He also lends his filmmaking experience as the Assistant Director and Photographer responsible for ensuring smooth production workflows.
Rahul Gautaum
CinematographerRahul Gautam is an alumni of BITS Pilani and the Prague Film School where over a period of three years, he specialized in Producing, Directing, Cinematography and Editing . He has worked with cinematographer Binod Pradhan on films like Kalank and Chalaang. Rahul and Nidhi have been working together since 2017 to create award winning films and documentaries for brands like Architectural Digest and Sarmaya Art Foundation. With fourteen years experience in multimedia film-making, he founded Z-Axis Productions in 2021.
Divya Khanna
Creative and Research AssistantDivya is a Fashion & Textile design graduate and enjoys craft and communication. She is a passionate learner and enjoys the interdisciplinary nature of the field of design. She dances her way out of challenges with a cup of chai in her hands. Divya also has her own small business called Oranged, where she makes hand painted clay accessories. At Indigo Reels, she contributes as a Creative & Research Assistant. She creates visuals for social media and handles design research for our projects.
